Orders and shipping
Is the parcel really discreet?+
Yes: plain box, no logo, generic sender. A neutral label appears on your statement.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders by 2 pm ship the same day. Delivery in 24/48 working hours in Italy, 3-5 days in the rest of Europe.
Can I track the shipment?+
Yes, the tracking number appears on the order page and in your account as soon as the parcel ships.
Do you ship abroad?+
Yes, across the European Union, Switzerland and the UK. Costs and times are shown at checkout.
Products
Are the materials safe?+
We only select medical-grade silicone, ABS, steel and body-safe glass, phthalate- and latex-free unless stated.
How do I clean a toy?+
Warm water and an alcohol-free toy cleaner, before and after every use. Dry well and store in a clean pouch.
Which lubricant with silicone?+
Always water-based: silicone lubricants can damage silicone toys.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a product?+
You have 14 days to return sealed, unused products. For hygiene we cannot accept opened products.
The product is faulty+
The 24-month legal warranty applies: write to us with your order number and we replace it.

How do I earn?+

When do I get paid?+
Commissions mature after the return period. From €100 request your payout and we issue the receipt.
