Returns and refunds
Changing your mind is a right. Here's how it works, no surprises.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to return a product, no explanation needed. It must be sealed, in its original packaging and unused: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened toys, lubricants or lingerie.
How to
Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and the products to return. We send instructions and the label within one working day.
Refund
We refund with the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or the error is ours.
Faulty products
All products carry a 24-month legal warranty. Write to us with a photo and your order number: we replace the product or refund, shipping included.
