Secure payments
Paying on RedBag is as simple and discreet as receiving the parcel.
Accepted methods
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS certified provider: card data never touches our servers.
Discretion
A neutral label appears on your statement, with no reference to RedBag or the order contents.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS and card payments use 3D Secure authentication when your bank requires it.
Invoices and receipts
The order confirmation arrives by email. If you need an invoice, write to us on the day of the order with your billing details.
