The parcel is plain: no logo, no hint of the contents. The sender is a neutral name and a generic label appears on your statement.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return a sealed, unused product. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products. Refunds go to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

All products carry the 24-month legal warranty of conformity. Write to us and we'll guide you through the replacement.
